Idea
One 75-minute session
We sit together and find or strengthen the opportunity. You leave with a written Opportunity Decision Brief — the commercial direction, not a conversation you have to reconstruct later. You can continue from there, or stop with the brief in hand.
Requirements
Two sessions of 45–60 minutes
This is where the business becomes specific: who it is for, what you offer, and what we will build. Two focused sessions, with a third if we still need it. That plan is yours to confirm before design begins, so the work stays on course.
Design
Two 45–60 minute design reviews
We design the brand and the key screens. We review them together twice: first when the direction is visible, then when the design is ready to hold through the build. You see complete work, not fragments, and there is room to refine before production locks.
Build
Two 30-minute check-ins, then a preview session
We develop the website between sessions. Evenings are enough — there is no weekly slot to keep. Two planned check-ins, then a preview when the site is ready for you to review. If a decision is needed in between, it appears in your Workspace.
Ready to publish
A review session, then 30 days of guidance
We hand you a website that is ready to publish. You decide when it goes live. For 30 days the Workspace is there for questions about the work we developed.
Your Launch Workspace is where the plan lives day to day: progress, decisions and deliverables, so you never have to chase for an update.

Common questions
Can I use this process if I do not have a business idea?
Yes. Your skills, experience, interests and practical constraints can be the starting material. The Launch Plan is used to identify and assess a commercial direction before any full build is agreed.
What happens after the Launch Plan is complete?
You receive a written commercial direction and can decide whether to continue. If you proceed into Business Build & Launch, the £295 Launch Plan payment is credited to the full build price.
