You begin with a Business Launch Profile—your starting point, skills and any existing idea. Nothing needs to be polished. From there you have a plan: we shape the idea, agree what to build, design it, then bring it to life.
How we work together

You are guided through a plan: shape the idea, agree what the business must include, design it, then build it. Sessions are for decisions. Between them, the work continues—and you can see it.
Idea
One 75-minute session
We sit together and find or strengthen the opportunity. You leave with a written direction you can hold onto—not a conversation you have to reconstruct later.
Requirements
Two sessions of 45–60 minutes
This is where the business becomes specific: who it is for, what you offer, and what we will build. Two focused sessions, with a third if we still need it. Once that is agreed, we have a plan to design against—so the work stays on course.
Design
One 45–60 minute design review
Joshua designs the brand and the key screens, then we review them together when they are ready to judge. You see a complete piece of work. When you are happy, that design is held through the build.
Build
One 30-minute check-in, then a preview session
While the business is being built, you do not need to keep a weekly slot free. There is a planned check-in, then a preview when the core business is ready to walk through. If a decision is needed in between, it appears in your Workspace.
Launch
Launch session, then one post-launch check-in
We go live together. For the first month you have the Workspace and one planned check-in, so you know when we will speak and you can see what is happening in between.
Your Launch Workspace is where the plan lives day to day: progress, decisions and deliverables, so you never have to chase for an update.
