Build & Launch

Launch a business designed first—then built with that design assured

Our edge is design and requirements building. Implementation follows with the approved design held throughout—so you launch an operational business, not a set of files.

We design the offer and the requirements first, then implement the brand, website and customer journey with that design held throughout—so you take an operational business to market. This is not a generic report or a website handed over without direction. It is a structured, founder-led partnership: design the business, lock the requirements, then implement with that design held throughout.

The standard package is designed for a focused service business, specialist information business, advisory business, straightforward digital product or similarly lean launch. More complex requirements are identified during the Launch Plan and scoped separately before you commit to the build.

Our edge

Design and requirements first. Implementation with the design assured.

Anyone can ship pages. The work that matters is deciding what the business should be, specifying it clearly, then building it without losing that design in production.

Design

We design the commercial offer, brand and customer experience as one system—before production begins. The look, the offer and the journey are decided together, not bolted on later.

Requirements building

We specify what the business must include, what it will not, and what done looks like. You approve that foundation before we write a line of production work.

Implementation with assured design

The website, journeys and operating setup are built to the approved design. Implementation does not dilute what was agreed. That is the difference between a handover of files and a business you can run.

Your starting point is personally reviewed, commercial decisions are led with you, the proposition is worked through together and the practical build is overseen throughout. You are not passed to a junior consultant or left alone with a generic report. Important decisions are made with you, and your progress remains visible through your private Launch Workspace.

A clear, milestone-based investment

You do not pay the entire fee before seeing progress. Payments are connected to clear stages in the development of your business. Your £295 Launch Plan forms part of the £2,495 total when you continue within 14 days.

Frequently asked questions

What do I receive for £295?

You receive a personal review of your Business Launch Profile, a 75-minute one-to-one opportunity session and a concise written Opportunity Decision Brief covering the recommended direction, intended customer, proposed offer, initial income model, key assumptions and next actions.

Is the £295 additional to the £2,495?

No. If you continue into Business Build & Launch within 14 days, your full £295 payment is credited toward the £2,495 total.

What if I change my mind after paying?

If you change your mind within 7 days of payment and we have not yet held your one-to-one session, email us and we refund the £295 in full. After the session has taken place, the Launch Plan is a completed advisory service.

What happens if I decide not to continue?

The Launch Plan is a complete standalone advisory service. You keep your Opportunity Decision Brief and can decide how you wish to proceed. There is no obligation to continue into the full build.

How do I pay?

The Launch Plan is paid through Stripe Checkout in GBP as Business Idea Launch. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages, not on ours. Stripe emails the receipt. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and, where Stripe offers them, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When do I make the remaining payments?

You pay £1,100 after approving the business direction and before the practical build begins. The final £1,100 is paid after you have reviewed the core build and before final refinements, go-live and handover.

What does the standard build include?

Design and requirements first: the agreed business foundation, focused launch identity and core messaging. Then implementation held to that design: a conversion-focused website, one primary customer journey, an operating checklist and direct support through launch.

Will you guarantee that my business makes money?

No business can guarantee a particular income. We help you make stronger commercial decisions, create a credible business and move it into real market activity. Results depend on the opportunity, execution, customer demand and continued effort after launch.

How long does the process take?

A standard build will typically progress over approximately four to six weeks after the direction has been approved and the required information has been provided. More complex businesses may require a separate timeline.

Will you help me register the company and set up business banking?

Where appropriate, we can explain the practical setup steps and help you understand what needs to be completed. Company registration, banking applications, identity checks and decisions requiring legal, tax or regulated advice remain your responsibility. We can help connect a customer-owned domain, professional email, payment provider and agreed digital systems as part of the standard build.

Do I need to have a business idea?

No. Many clients start with skills, interests, experience or curiosity—we help develop credible opportunities from there.

How often do we meet?

Meetings are planned around decisions, so you always know when we will speak. After you continue: two requirements sessions in the first week, a design review, a check-in during the build, then preview, launch and one follow-up. Between sessions, the plan and progress live in your Launch Workspace.

How is this different from building it myself?

Tools and templates make research and pages faster. They do not choose the customer, lock the requirements or hold the design through launch. You work one-to-one with Joshua, with a written direction and an operational business at the end.

Most clients begin with the Business Opportunity & Launch Plan (£295) before progressing to the full build.

We build operational businesses. Start the Launch Plan — £295 — with an idea, a skill, an interest, or none.
