Privacy Policy
Ianson Systems Ltd (company no. 17084981), trading as Business Idea Launch, is the data controller. We collect only the information needed to assess applications, deliver paid engagements and operate your private Launch Workspace. Client data is not anonymous. ICO registration: ZC127831.
Information we collect
- Contact details, launch-profile answers and preferred call times when you apply or write to us
- Professional background, skills, interests and constraints provided during engagements
- Client portal activity, decisions and comments
- Basic website analytics (if enabled)
Purpose and lawful basis
We process data to deliver services you request (contract), respond to enquiries (legitimate interests), and meet legal obligations where applicable. We do not offer public AI tools that process your information without a direct engagement.
Service providers
We use hosting, email and scheduling providers as needed to operate the service. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent payment processor; card details are entered on Stripe's pages, not on ours. Client-facing applications do not send your portal information to AI providers.
Retention and security
We retain client records for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. We do not collect CVs at launch or unnecessary sensitive information.
