We will not describe you as a recruiter, and we will not promise that anyone is offered a job. Preparation is the work. Offers come from employers. Visas, immigration and benefits are outside what we write.

Hiring managers, if that is your door

Some people are better suited to helping the person who hires: a question set, a scorecard, a debrief. If that is you, we will launch that door first and leave the other for later.

Not a recruitment agency

Common questions

Is career coaching the same as recruitment?

No. You help someone prepare, or you help a hiring manager with a brief. You do not place people, and we will not describe the practice that way.

Can I start career coaching while I am employed?

Often, when your own contract allows it and you are not using an employer’s clients or materials. We shape the hours. Reading the contract is for you or a solicitor.
