AI and launch

Start a business with AI and keep the commercial judgement

AI can accelerate research, drafting and production. It cannot accept responsibility for customer promises, evidence, legal obligations or the business you choose to operate.

The business starts with a customer problem and a credible result, not with a tool capability. We assess where your knowledge adds value, what information AI may process safely and which outputs require checking by a responsible person. Tools can help compare markets, organise research and create early drafts, but sources, claims and customer decisions must still be reviewed in context.

After the commercial direction is approved, AI may support efficient production of content, analysis or internal workflows where appropriate. We still define the proposition, identity, website and customer journey around what customers need and what you can deliver. The finished model should remain viable if a particular tool changes its price, policy or output quality, and customers should not be misled about how their work is handled.

Choose the customer problem before the AI use case

A tool feature is not a reason for customers to buy. We begin with a problem whose importance can be established, then ask whether AI improves speed, consistency or cost without weakening trust. If the same result is better delivered without AI, the tool should not lead the offer.

Define where human review is required

Accuracy, bias, privacy, intellectual property and sector rules vary by use. We identify which outputs can assist routine work and which decisions must remain with a qualified or accountable person. Appropriate notices, consent and data handling should be part of the operating design rather than added after launch.

We develop the idea, the strategy and the website. Begin with a Launch Plan — £295 — from an idea, a skill, an interest, or none.

Decide whether AI creates durable value

If any competitor can reproduce the feature immediately, advantage must come from customer understanding, specialist judgement, trusted delivery or an established process. We assess whether AI genuinely strengthens the offer or simply makes production faster. The business should be worth choosing for its result, not for mentioning current technology.

Who this is for

  • Professionals applying AI within an area they understand
  • Founders who want efficient production with clear accountability
  • People deciding whether AI materially improves a proposed offer

What this means for you

A decision on an AI-supported business in which the customer, offer and responsible use of tools are clearly defined.

Common questions

Can AI choose a profitable business idea for me?

It can generate and compare possibilities, but it cannot know your full constraints, verify demand or take responsibility for the result. A person must assess the customer, evidence, economics, delivery and risks before deciding what to pursue.

Do customers need to know that AI is used?

That depends on how it affects their data, expectations, rights and the service promised. Transparency is particularly important where outputs influence material decisions or personal information is processed. Obtain appropriate legal and sector-specific advice where required.
