No polished pitch needed · No payment until you choose to book
Search results for leaving the 9 to 5 are travel photography and affiliate courses. Neither finds a buyer. A buyer is someone who will pay for a defined outcome in the hours you will actually work. That is where we start: idea, rough thought, or none—then a one-to-one session that names the offer.
Joshua created Business Idea Launch for people who want the timetable to loosen and still need someone to build the operational layer: brand, site, and a journey that can take a booking or a payment. You may still be employed at go-live. That is part of the design.
£295 decides the direction. £2,495 total builds it if you continue within 14 days, credited. Typical 4–6 weeks after approval. Extra income is the aim. A lifestyle wage is not a promise.
We work directly with you from the launch profile through to a live extra-income presence. The commute can wait until the offer can take demand.
Lifestyle accounts will show laptops near water. Water does not take a UK SME call at 9:15. If your buyers are office-hours people, your extra-income vehicle will have office-hours fragments even after you leave the office. We will say that in the brief. Romantic copy will not.
Leaving the timetable can be gradual: one day a week first, if the employer allows it. We do not negotiate that. We build a vehicle that can exist on the days you actually have. If you cannot name those days, you are not leaving the nine-to-five. You are collecting quotes instead of naming the delivery days a UK buyer will actually use.
Nine-to-five is a timetable. Leaving it is an offer problem
The office clock is not the enemy. An unpriced promise is. People try to leave by buying a brand that looks unlike their employer. Looks are not demand. Demand is a stranger who understands the offer and can complete a payment or a booking.
We write the offer in the buyer’s language. Then we put a professional presence live. Then you see whether the timetable can loosen. Reverse that order and you will still be at your desk, only poorer.
Freedom language that still needs a Tuesday delivery slot
If the model requires you to be on Zoom at 9am, you have rebuilt a nine-to-five with worse benefits. We ask what slot you will keep. The extra-income vehicle has to fit that slot, or it is a second job you will resent.
Location-independent copy is a trap when your buyers are UK SMEs who call in the morning. Name the market. Name the slot. Then we build.
The identity shift is later than the first invoice
You will not feel like a founder because we delivered a website. You will feel it when a stranger pays and you deliver without a manager. That can happen while you still have a day job. Identity can wait. The journey cannot.
If you want the identity first, we still start with the offer. A professional presence that can take a yes is how the identity arrives. That is the sequence we built the company around.
What 9-to-5 leavers usually overbuild
Five offers. A podcast. A course platform. A team they cannot hire. We keep one primary path: enquiry, booking, or payment. One artefact. Hours you can sustain. Typically four to six weeks after you approve.
You operate after launch. We do not become your operations department.
Weekend identity projects that still need a weekday buyer
If the buyer is a UK operations manager, they live on weekdays. Your extra-income vehicle has to meet them there, or you have a hobby. We will name that collision in the brief rather than hide it in lifestyle copy.
Beach copy that cannot survive a 9:15 enquiry
If you will not answer in the morning, do not sell to people who only buy in the morning. Change the buyer, change the slot, or stay employed. Those are the three honest options. A palm-tree overlay is not a fourth.
Who this is for
- People who type ‘leave the 9 to 5’ and will accept that freedom is a working offer
- Those still employed who want the vehicle live before they drop the timetable
What you leave with
A 9-to-5 exit that is actually an offer going live—not a laptop on a beach and not a promised lifestyle wage.
One-to-one with the founder. Start with an idea — or with none. Typically 4–6 weeks after direction is approved. Income goals are ambitions, not guarantees. We help you build a credible business ready to reach customers—not promise specific earnings.
Common questions
Can I leave the 9 to 5 after the Launch Plan?
The Launch Plan is direction, not a resignation trigger. Leave when the live vehicle needs the hours—not because a session felt motivating.
Do you help people become digital nomads?
No. We build extra-income businesses that can take payment. Where you sit is your constraint. Visas and tax residence are not our product.
We build the operational business with you. Start with an idea — or with none. Business Opportunity & Launch Plan from £295. Change your mind within 7 days, before we meet — full refund, no lock-in.
